From around the age of 35 more bone cells are lost than replaced so bone density decreases.

Inadequate calcium intake and excessive calcium loss. Other factors such as inadequate exercise are also significant.

These are the probable causes of osteoporosis (but is not limited to):

  • Lack of calcium and vitamin D may cause bone loss
  • Family history and certain medical conditions
  • Llifestyle factors
  • medications
  • not eating a well balanced diet
  • smoking or drinking too much
Osteoperosis is caused by a lack of calcium. Try drinking almond milk or even spirulina seaweed only if the spirulina seaweed does not contain carageenan, because carageenan is not healthy.

Well, calcium deficiency is a big factor because calcium help builds up bone strength. One of the biggest causes tho, is lack of exercise because after not using your muscles and bones as much as you should they start to wear out and become weaker.
