When applying makeup, these are the three (in order):
1) Foundation
2) Concealer
3) Powder/Blush
Foundation acts as a base for your face. Concealer is only used when needed for covering up blemishes. A power foundation sets your foundation and concealer in place so it'll last longer, and blush just adds definition to your cheeks.
Thomas Michele comes first.

wee comes out before poo does. An explanation for this is that we refer to wee as number 1 and poo as number 2. 1 comes before 2 therefore giving you an explanation. It isn't abnormal if poo comes first though.
Owen Wilson is the first that comes to my mind.
It really depends on what type of foundation you're using. If you're using liquid, apply concealer after. If using cream, the order is optional. If using powder, concealer goes on first.
A great way to hide beauty marks is with concealer. Try using a concealer which is one shade lighter then your foundation. Apply the concealer first then follow up with foundation or face powder.
concealer
Concealer is sort of priming the face. If you have circles under your eyes or a blemish you put the concealer on them, blend a little and then, apply foundation. I use MAC concealer and a q-tip to smooth it out.
Concealer. It's a lot thicker.
Concealer then foundation
You can't.
Use concealer or foundation
to cover up red spots and pimples like foundation.
Stila brand foundation uses a light concealer for slight blemishes again.
Well, foundation doesn't actually make your spots worse. The majority of foundation is to get your face and neck (if you apply it to your neck) shades even. Instead, concealer does the work, concealer is for 'hiding' away blemishes, spots, uneven parts of your face, dark circles... concealer is applied under your foundation. ie: you have dark circles under your eyes, you use a concealer that is a slightly lighter shade than your natural skin tone. And apply it to your dark circles. Then, use foundation to blend it all in. sorry, but I hope this all makes sense
The difference is foundation is what you put on after concealer. Now concealer is what covers up blemishes and dark circles. And then the powder is to finish it off and give it a nice clean cut look:)
