A chiropractor and physiotherapy are the closest you will get to alternative medicine under the NHS (National Health Service). The NHS covers you only for their treatments, which all fall under conventional medicine. I am afraid that your only option is to research alternative medicine and then use a local herb store. They are usually fairly common in Britain.
