With a white dress you could do any color. Just don't do black because that is too depressing. If you have a date you should pick another color and go with that. For example, you could pick coral or pink and have a coral or pink corsage and the guy could wear a coral or pink tie. Otherwise pick any color you want because a little color will look nice with a white dress.

However, if you want to get technihcal, then it depends on your skin tone and hair color.
If you have warm tones, go for red, yellow, orange, or dark pink (or somewhere in this cattegory)
If you have cool tones, then purple, blue, frosty pink and so on and so forth.
However, if said white dress is bright snowy white and not off-white or ivory, I would advise against a white corsage because it will most likely look strange.
