Could stomach itches and missed periods with some spotting of red blood and some brown blood be signs of pregnancy?
Stomach itches are usually just that but the bleeding and spotting need to be checked out. Pregnancy, cysts, endometriosis, along with just a fluke could all be possibilities. See a doctor. Also, if pregnancy is a possibility you could be experiencing natural abortions. Sexually active women can be…come pregnant but never know b/c the embryo doesn't develop much and just goes out with what appears to be a normal period. That would explain a missed or delayed period. Same thing though- see a doctor. (MORE)
I would say most likely not. You should take a pregnancy test if you have been sexually active anytime in the last month. any kind of sudden change in your diet can make your period stop. stress can also make it stop. the irony is stress over missing your period can actually make a delayed period s…kip insted of being delayed. Once you rule out the chance of pregnancy or sickness its more than likely stress or a sudden diet change if your periods are usually normalI would worry too much as long as you have it next month. Its also normal to miss one for no reason at all. YES if your depriveing yourself to much or following the Atkins diet then it will make perfect sense. The Atkins diet is not good for you and it really can hurt your period I recommend stopping the Atkins Diet.. (MORE)
Answer If you are still a virgin and haven't had a guy come near your vagina, then you aren't pregnant. You may need to see a doctor, there could be other problems. I'v heard of a few people who didn't get their period and had to get a some medication to start it up again. I suggest going to your d…octor. I don't know of anything that would cause you to skip a period for three months. Answer There are a number of causes of "secondary amenorrhoea", which is what you are describing. It is quite possible that it is due to a hormonal imbalance, and your doctor can easily run blood tests to check for levels of sex hormones (LH, FSH, oestradiol, prolactin and TSH are the normal tests). This imbalance could indicate a problem with the ovaries or with the hormone-producing glands in the brain. There are also simpler causes of not having periods such as not eating properly, excessive excercise (some professional athletes have this problem) and stress. All of these are just as important to address.Without knowing more about you, it is difficult to assess the most likely of these causes. A trip to your doctor is recommended and should definitely give some answers.Hope you get it sorted.Ben Answer One of the reasons of delay in periods can also be PCO syndrome. Polycystic Ovaries syndrome. Please see your doctor immediately for more details. ASAP Answer Same thing happened to me, only for almost a year. I went to see my PCP doc and he told me not to be concerned about it and that "most women would be happy" if they didn't have to "deal" with their period. I did get it again eventually, but it was VERY irregular and sporadic. When I went to an obgyn to get on the pill, she told me that my pcp was essentially stupid. Missing for that long can be a sign of serious health issues, and it can also CAUSE serious helath issues, too. She totally put me on the pill to get me regulated, and I am now. Go see an OB, and ask about progesterone cream, that jump started mine. Good luck!I'm sorry there was no way to comment but what if your still a kid cuz when I had just turned 11 I had gotten my period and they never came back and this summer it's gonna be a year since I talked to my mom about it but she doesn't know cuz hers went straight till her 40's so... After extensive research on Clomid and after having used Clomid for 3 months, there is nothing out there that shows this as a side effect. However, Clomid should be used by women who are NOT ovulating. If you are already ovulating, save yourself the discomfort of the side effects and at the very lea…st, limit your Clomid treatment to 3 months to lower your risk of cysts and cancer. I was ovulating normally but took the Clomid and now that I am no longer taking Clomid, I am no longer ovulating. Thus, not only did I not become pregnant, I also adversely affected my future chances of conceiving. (MORE)
No, a bladder infection won't cause a late or missed period. But antibiotics, which are usually given for a bladder infection, can cause the pill not be as effective. If you are late or missed a period you should see a doctor for a pregnancy test. Or take a home test. Anytime you are on antibiotics,… you need to use a back up method of birth control. (MORE)

Answer Probably not. Be sure to consume other foods in addition to Gatorade. Gatorade is somewhat high in sodium. 8 ounces contains 5% of your daily sodium requirements, about as much as is found in a glass of milk.
Answer . It is possible. The fluttering, however, would not be fetal movement...that is not detectable until about 16-22 weeks of pregnancy. The funny feeling in your abdomen could be stretching of the uterus...but that would feel more like cramps, stretching, or twinges. I know it feels like fo…rever when you are wondering if you are pregnant, but the only way to really tell is wait until your expected period and if you do not get it then take a home pregnancy test. There could be several different causes for missing a period. The first, and most obvious reason is pregnancy. Although, you can miss a period and not be pregnant. Other causes could be a hormonal imbalance (thyroid), stress, excessive weight gain/loss, problems with ovaries (syst, tumors..although …this is to the extreme). My suggestion is to see your doctor. If you are not pregnant, then they can run further test to detect the problem. (MORE)

I'd really like to know the answer to this as well...the same thing happened to me. I got dropped on my head pretty hard about 4 weeks ago and suffered an intense concussion (no bleeding or cracks in the head, though). I'm two and a half weeks late on my period, taken 6 EPT tests which were ALL nega…tive. I'm not pregnant, so why the missed period? I've read that concussions can cause significant stress to your body which can make your periods messed up (either get too many, too light, or not at all). Other then that, I have no explanation since Im normally very scheduled with my periods. (MORE)
No, your period will come normally. I was pregnant when i found out i have HPV but was told it will notmess up your period. Genital warts and cervical cancer are the onlyproblems hpv could cause and both are rare. Two of my older sistershave had HPV. One had hers frozen and the other had it removed… withlasers. None of us had any symptoms and didn't know we had aproblem until we had pap smears. Mine hasn't been treated because Iam pregnant and should go away on its own when i give birth. (MORE)
A woman can miss periods for several reason (stress, illness, starvation, etc.) but pregnancy is also a common reason. If you areworried you may be pregnant get a home pregnancy test at thedrugstore.
Yep. In fact sometimes if your really stressed about if your pregnant the stress can make you miss and make you even more stressed.
If the lower part of your stomach has been getting bigger and it feels tight but you havent missed a period could you be pregnant?
It's a possibility although usually your periods would have seemed unusual in some way. There could be many other causes, all of which should be checked by a doctor.
Pregnancy would certainly cause you to miss your period. But that's not the only possible reason for missing one period. To find out if you're pregnant, you need a real pregnancy test.
Yes you can. Teenage girls frequently do--missing a period is not a sure sign of pregnancy but when coupled with morning sickness and sore/growing breasts it is a more definitive sign. Missing a second one coupled with the other symptoms is almost a certain sign of pregnancy.
f it's not your first it can be due to stress, weight gain or loss, hard exercise, pregnancy or just skip a month which is also natural. If you are very young it also takes about 2 years to become regular.
Yes, you could be. I suggest that you take a pregnancy test. If the test is negative and your next period is abnormal, missing or late then you should go and see the doctor or gynaecologist to get checked out.
Many anti-depressants have a side effect of delayed or missedperiods. With Lexapro, this side effect is not one of the morecommon ones, but it is a possible one. Likewise, withdrawing frinLexapro may also result in a missed period. If you miss a period onLexapro, you should first test to see if you …are pregnant. It could be one out of a hundred reasons, or a combination of some or all of them. If you have stomach pain, and it persists, see a physician (especially if it is a stabbing type of pain).
its most likely a trapped nerve. i get this every now and again too and im pretty sure i dont have worms.
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Could yeast infections cause you to miss your period ". http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Could yeast infections cause you to miss your period "
Sorry but they are no way linked so no a bladder infection can not cause a missed period or even a pregnancy test to show as negative
A missed period could be caused by excess stress, sudden weight loss or rapid weight gain, medications you may have started or stopped taking recently, if you have worked out more than usual recently, pregnancy, and - more serious, though MUCH less common - certain diseases or STDs.
Being pregnant is the most common, but in when you first have your period it can be irregular because your body is trying to get in a regular pattern of releasing eggs. Lack of food or being sick can also sometimes cause missing periods.
Yes. Many women who are training for sports skip periods because of the extreme training they are doing.
It is possible but you would be pretty far along to already feel the fluttering feeling. I would hope you have noticed other possible symptoms of pregnancy as well. Try taking a pregnancy test to determine for sure if you are pregnant or not. If you are pregnant, schedule an appointment with an OB/G…YN to start your prenatal care as soon possible. (MORE)
The reason why your stomach is fluttering could be due tonervousness or anxiety. Another common reason for the sensation ofbutterflies in your stomach is because of excitement.
I have had this and tested negative for pregnancy (I knew it was very unlikely I would be pregnant anyway as my fiance had a vasectomy years ago although I do know that miracles can happen so I wanted to rule it out before visiting my doctor) so I went to the doctor and I'm currently to undergo bloo…d tests and an ultrasound for suspected PCOS. I get my blood tests on the 12th and am awaiting a letter for my scan. Try a search on it and see if you have any of the symptoms, that's what my doctor suggested I did. I know I have quite a lot of the symptoms. Would advise you go to your doctors and speak it over with them. Hope this helps! (MORE)
Possibly. It could also be something you ate, the digestion system, or one out of a hundred reasons or a combination of all of them.
Affection of the sexual kind will cause a missed period if you are pregnant. An infection will seldom cause your menstrual cycle to be late.
Did you have unprotected sex within the last 28 days? If yes then there is a chance that you could be pregnant. The best way to find out is to have a pregnancy test 4 weeks after the event of unprotected sex. But a miss period and some stomach aches are not the only symptoms of pregnancy. Missed per…iods and stomach ahces also come from stress. The more you stress and panic about the possibility of being pregnant the likely hood you may just skip your period for that month, thus worrying you even more. So take the test or go and talk to your local sexual health clinic, or do both. As getting stressed out doesn't help anyone, especially you. (MORE)
What does it mean if you miss your period 2 and half weeks ago but are now experiencing stomach pains dirrahoea and sickness Could you help?
It could mean that you're pregnant, because that's some of the symptoms of pregnancy. You could take a home pregnancy test and see, but to get the positive results of what is wrong, you would have to go to the doctor.
Paragard does not cause missed periods. If you miss a period on Paragard you should take a pregnancy test as soon as possible. No, it's not mormal.I read that if it's late you should see your healthcare provider because you might be pregnant.
Pregnancy is still a possibility. Many women can confuse spotting during pregnancy for a period but it's not. Spotting during pregnancy is normal. Take a pregnancy test to be sure.
This can happen for many reasons. These include pregnancy, stress (and anything else that causes hormonal changes), infections, or none of the above. You generally have to see your doctor/gynecologist to find the specific cause.
It could be anything from a minor irregular period to serious health problems. I am leaning more towards the irregular period.
Could you be pregnant if you never missed you period and you urine test says negative but you are having symtoms and you stomach is taking the form of a pregnancy?
If you have not missed your period and the pregnancy test is negative, then I would believe you are not pregnant.
Not directly, but stress which is commonly associated with stomach ulcers can make you miss a period. If you're worried talk to your GP.
