as for the hollowness it could be that your bones are just weak and you need calcium. drink lots of milk, eat yogurt and cheese. as for the pain, it could be anything like arthritus, sprain, a pulled muscle,etc. try a icy hot pack or pain reliever. i hope you feel better soon. if nothing seems to work seea doctor.
