Maybe some countries will be still missing...

First: There were some allies (of Hitler - called axis powers)...

Mainly Italy (Mussolini), Japan and Spain (Franco). At the beginning of the war, Russia (Stalin) was on Germans' side, too... but in 1941, the Germans attacked Russia... occupied some territory towards some hundreds of kilometers away from Moscow... but whole Russia wasn't conquered.

Conquered, annexed or partially cooperating countries (sometimes it isn't that easy to say... - please look for exact informations - there's no intention to offend somebody):

Poland, Austria, Czechoslovakia (nowadays divided), Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, all the territory of former Yugoslavia (like Croatia, Serbia, etc.), of course all the baltic states (these times belonging to the territory of Russia - or U.S.S.R.), Belgium, Holland, France, Denmark, Norway, Finnland - (Sweden and Switzerland reported as neutral). Germany occupied some territory in north Africa, too...
