The developing and Asian countries needs the ric's most because, firstly for India its necessary to make strong relation with china and russia, if we fight with china their will be a big loss of money and arms, but if we make a strategic partnership between two, the money can be used for the development of millions of hungry people living their live below poverty line in Asia, secondly, strategic alliance between russia and India has endured well over 40 years, russia and India are the world's largest democracy's.and Russians were opposed to east Europe's inclusion in the north Atlantic treaty organization(NATO). In south India ,Russian countries to support India on kashmir issue's opposed to the internationalization of kashmir issue, and in opposition to the us pressure , continued to supply defence equipment and nuclear power technology to India,our relation with Pakistan is a other issue but the strong relation with Middle East makes India proud among the American policies.
