Why do you eat choolate eggs on Easter?
Because...They are YUMMY! and have absolutely nothing to do with the Christian Holiday. They are simply the opportunist marketing of a tasty confection that enables candy make…rs to make huge amounts of money. Same thing at Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's Day, etc. To my knowledge, jesus never actually enjoyed any of the delicious confections since cacao or chocolate had not been imported into the rest of the world from the Mayans or Aztecs of Mexico. An even more interesting question, though, is why we associate a basket of eggs with a rabbit. Rabbits are mammals. Eggs belong to birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, insects...etc. Modern celebrations of "holidays" typically have little or no relationship to their original ancestors. They are simply modern, commercial, fun, arguably ridiculous "traditions" designed to increase sales. Except for a select few, they are hardly religious events.

Why do you eat Easter eggs on Easter Sunday?
There may be a religous reason but i know a story, my teacher told it to the class... 1- long, long ago maybye 9000BC people worshiped a godess called eastre, and every sprin…g they would offer a gift to her. one year there was a rabbit who wanted to offer a present but didnt have anything he could give to her, so he went out to a field to see if he could find anything. he found an egg, and decided to decorate it, and he did and offered it to the godess, she loved it. She and the rabbit made it a tradition to eat/decorate/make eggs. the end.

Why do you eat boiled eggs on Easter?
Eggs are symbols of life and fertility and were used in Springtime rituals and celebrations long before Christianity spread through the Roman Empire. When Christianity was imp…osed on various cultures, old symbols and rituals were reinterpreted and given "Christian" meanings. Instead of representing the fertility of the Goddess, eggs became symbols of the Holy Trinity because each egg is one unity with three elements: shell, white and yolk. Another metaphor compares the egg's hard, apparently lifeless shell to the stone tomb of Jesus Christ, who emerged from the tomb in somewhat the same way as a living chick hatches from an egg. Boiled eggs are more convenient than raw eggs to decorate, give as gifts and use as decorations on Easter.
