SS and Gestapo arrested and murdered anyone supsected of opposing Hitler and the Nazi Party. Quarter Wardens also checked and gather information on anyone who was suspected of having independent thinking. Any anti government person would be likely subjected to being placed in a concentration camp. These camps offer little food and comfort, in fact people were treated cruelly there.
