He would have been satisified to make most of Europe a part of Germany and have that area pure Aryan. He could tolerate most non-aryans (remember, he was allied with Italy and Japan) as long as they were outside of Germany and could be used to help accomplish his goals.

Hitler wanted to "purify" the world by getting rid of Jews, Communists, Socialists, homosexuals, the disabled, Gypsies, anyone who opposed him, etc. He also wanted to regain land he saw as rightfully Germany's aka basically all of Europe. He attempted all this by viccously and inhumanely murdering millions using brain washed Germans.

Because Germany had been defeated in the Great World, he promised he would help repair Germany, and would put it into a powerful nation; however, he did not say that he would take over most of Europe doing so.
