King George III caused the Revolutionary War by imposing intolerable rules on the Colonies. When he insisted that goods be sold by his salesman who were entrusted to unload them and sell them on American soil to get back at the boycott, his actions brought on the Boston Tea Party, and the start of the war.
He rules the colonies and holds them under his grasp. He also taxes the colonies heavily such as sugar and tea. This was because George III had to fight the French off the Americas in the French and Indian War. The colonies don't like this and rebels against him. His grasp wasn't strong because most of the news he got was 6 months old and couldn't plan anything accurately.
King George did nothing for England, in fact King George the only thing he did was
have monarchy for himself. The Duke of Portland's administration resigned and on 19th December, 1783, the king invited his former critic, William Pitt, to form a new government. George now used all the powers at his disposal to help Pitt maintain control of Parliament. This made the king unpopular with the Whigs, a group who favoured a reduction in the powers of the monarchy. Well all i can say is he HAS DONE WRONG....
He did something that had to do with bacon... this was the answer that i saw BEFORE I improved it.... why cant people not answer it if they dont know the answer? its not funny
He passed taxes and acts on the colonists. He ruled with 'an iron fist'. Also he sent troops over and saw that his country was fine.
