Nowadays, Hindus can wear anything they want. A long time ago, the men wore "punjobi" and the married woman wore "sarees". The un-married ones wore the "salucomess" (dress with a long scarf hanging).

Hi there! Thank you for your question. From my experience, we don't specifically wear anything, we don't cover our heads, or anything. However in the Mandir/Mandira (Hindu name for Temple), we are given two types of I guess spices that we would make a small dot on our forehead with. We only use one at a time, however. The Sindoor, the red spice, is the one that we remember a little more, for its countless references. The second one I cannot recall, however.
