Contact your banks and credit card companies to get the cards cancelled. The quicker the better, before a deviant finds them and ends up costing you thousands. Then report the loss to police, if the bank hasn't already someone may have handed a wallet in to them or will do at some point.
If one loses a credit card or debit card, immediately call the lender's customer service line to report the card lost/stolen. You will be asked a number of security questions to verify your identity and then they will cancel the card and send you a new one (with a new number) within 5-7 days.
If you have recurring billing on your old card (e.g., automatic payment of phone bill, automatic debiting for tollways, etc.), you will need to change the account number associated with that billing once you receive your new card (some card issuers will do it for you, many don't do a complete job).
As per experts from Credit Nation, If you lose the PIN/card then you should immediately get in touch with the bank. The bank will replace your credit card and issue a new PIN. This replacement process comes at a cost and gets billed in your next statement.

no, it is a credit card. a mastercard can be either a debit or a credit card
Debit
Call your bank to block the lost card then visit bank and issue new card
A debit card is a card that takes money straight out of the bank, however, a credit card lets you borrow money, but you must pay interest. So, a debit card does not build credit.
Yes, but the funds are still withdrawn from the account that the debit card it linked to ... in other words using the debit card as a credit card is still a point of sale transaction. You cannot be extended "credit" on a debit card.
No, credit cards are loans and debit cards are checks.
yes. just tell the redbox its a credit card, then just swipe your debit card.An Opposing Answer:A credit card is not the same as a debit card, and vice versa. If you process a debit card as a credit card when that debit card is not encoded as an alternative credit card, the transaction will fail.
A "credit" card is a credit card.A prepaid credit card (secured) is not tied to a bank account and therefore while, like a debit card, you can only spend to the amount it has been loaded with (it will not provide credit), it is not a true debit card which IS linked into a bank account.
I prefer debit card but if you like the bank giving you money then paying it back then it credit card for you . If you have debit card is like your whole bank in your wallet :)
Credit cards say "credit" And debit cards say "debit". Hope this helps!
