Each dog has their own preference about water. Some rottweilers enjoy water, some do not. Just like my dachshunds-- I have a few that LOVE water, and a few that hate it. Just depends on the dog's experiences.

∙ 15y agoAll dogs have differing needs determined by size and activity. If your dog is an "inside and outside" dog then you should provide water in both locations. I use a quart size inside and a gallon size outside. Clean and fill containers daily.
