Rock, mostly. Some are more or less metallic, with a lot of iron. Jupiter's moon Io appears to have a lot of sulfur, and Europa may have water underneath the ice, but we can't be sure.
By the way Venus looks <you would think it is gas! But its not!! One of my resource says it is made up of mostly rock

Europa's atmosphere is very thin and some say it is too small to have an atmosphere, but that's not true. Europa is only slightly smaller than the moon. The atmosphere on Europa has oxygen in it so scientists are trying to discover if there could be life on Europa some day.
