Well if in a like a fan way you should be flattered! But it can get out of hand. have a chat with them and tell them NICELY in your own way to take it down a notch.
In a relationship way, once again you should be flattered, but it can be weird if you don't like them back. So talk to them carefully and say you don't feel the same way.
