Break up with him. You probably don't want to do this because you don't want to lose him, but the way it is now, you are only wasting your time. If you break up with him, that may make him realize that he should have cared about you, and he'll come back to you. If this happens, don't take him back right away, make sure he throughily regrets the way he treated you. If he doesn't come back to you, then that's his loss. At least you won't be wasting your time on a guy who doesn't care about you.
Also, if you stay with someone that makes you feel bad all the time, your not gonna be happy with yourself. it's just going to bring down your self esteem. you should move on
