If you are an employee or otherwise fear you may be at risk for reporting, you can make the complaint through a third party like a union representative or as a group of people. You can also file your complaint anonymously but that may delay getting results.
You can contact OSHA by mail, online, phone, fax or email. There are whisleblower laws to protect against retaliation by an employer.
