Eat healthy, even eat your craving. If it is chocolate cake or ice cream, eat it anyways! You're going to need it, believe me! Also, stay away from artechokes and peppers, they practically killed me! Also, do not have any cigars, cigarettes, pipes, or anything to do with drugs, tobacco or alcohol. Bathe regularly, it makes the baby calm and not kick as much. Get massages, too. It relaxed you and takes all the stress away. THE #1 THING: Stick to you're regular eating schedule, don't overeat because everything you eat your baby eats, and may get sick.
