if you don't want this cat in your house you have to get rid of it. there are many ways to do this. if it is tame the safest and least hurtful way (even if it sounds strange) it to pick it up by the scruff of its neck (the thick bit of fur between the head and shoulder balde) and carry it outside. thios is how its mother would naturally treat it to show it whos boss so it is very safe.
if it is not tame then you need to be carful not to startle it and very gentaly herd it towards the door like youy would with a sheep. stretch your arms and legs wide and make sure it has nowhere it can run. having other people to help is usful as they acn block exits and do other usful things.
