  • Everyone gets angry off and on, but it is what you do with that frustrated energy that counts. You could talk out your frustrations with someone who is not involved in why you are angry; go for a jog or a walk; go bike riding and burn off that excess energy. If you find you lose control of your temper far more than you should then it would be wise to take Anger Management.
