What do you do when you forgot your password to your iPod Touch?

if you had plugged your iPod into the computer, you should have your apps in iTunes on the computer. if not, the you can go to the app store, and re download all of your apps free of charge, as long as you use the email address that you used to download them all in the first place.

I know how to get into your Ipod Touch if you forgot your password or because it won't open. Here's how.

. 1st Plug in your Ipod touch into the computer you hold the power and home button for ten seconds

. Then (ONLY) let go of the power button and hold the home button 8 to 10 more seconds then let go.

. You then should get a sign off of ITunes that says something read it then click restore and update.

. Then it will take a while to restore.

.IF this resets your Ipod touch to the very Beging then you just wait and be patient.

.It will re-download your songs and apps but everything will still be there.

. The only thing that will be gone will be your pass-code you then can go back to settings and make another password.

. If (ANYTHING) goes wrong home an power button for 20 seconds. If this way doesn't work go on YouTube and look up,

there is no way you need to send it away but write down your games or what you have incase you lose them by the way none of the others worked for me except this one

You have to factory restore the ipod. Message me if you'll need some help.

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1339 Do a system restore. This should revert the iPod back to its factory state. You can then use the App Store to download apps.
