What do you do when you have used all the right chemicals and the pool still turns green?

I am assuming you have an algae problem, and not green from a metal problem. Before you do much you should make sure it is not from metals in your pool.
You may have not put in enough chemicals or still need to shock the pool more. Some times a triple or quadruple shock works, added with a good algaecide. If you spend more on good chemicals vs. cheap chemicals from a Wal-Mart type store you may have more luck too.
You also need to make sure your filter and pump are running continuously until the problem is gone and cleared up. After triple or quadruple shocking your chlorine level should be really high (10-11) keep it that way for 24 hours, and then you can put in chlorine neutralizer to drop the level down fast so you can swim.
WHY IN THE *&#$%^@ WOULD YOU WANT TO DROP THE CHLOR LEVEL? LET IS COME DOWN ON IT'S OWN!!!! You would just be complication and compounding your problem. Clean the filter!
