What would you like to do?
Try talking to the property owner and if this doesn't yield immediate results check your city ordinances to see if light trespass is covered. You will find most city ordinances explicitly prohibit light trespass onto adjoining properties.

What do you do if a neighboring building has an extremely bright light that shines directly into your highrise apartment window?
Answer Assuming you're not the apartment owner, all you can do is talk to your landlord. They can take the next step. * All municipalities …establish building codes, so unless the lights are in violation of such codes there is not much that can be done with the exception of the voluntary cooperation of the owner(s) of the building with the lights. Perhaps the best option is to contact the department that regulates building codes in the city or county where the property is located. A self-help alternative would be to invest in window treatments (blinds, shades, curtains that are made specifically to block sources of light.

Venus shines very brightly as it can come relatively close to the earth. At around 23.7 million miles at its closest point, it is the planet that comes closest to us. It refl…ects a lot of the suns light due to its reflective atmosphere, consisting mainly of thick CO2 clouds. It is also fairly large, just a little smaller than the Earth.
By contracting it reduces the number of photons penetrating further and helps to form a clear image.

Ask them to reduce the bulb's wattage. I used a 40 watt yellow bulb to reduce glare on my neighbor's window across the street.
That would be called a spotlight.

If it is brighter than it should be there is too much current and it will burn out early. This is usually caused by internal problems in the lightbulb, but could rar…ely be caused by excessive voltage in the circuit powering the lightbulb.
