You need the appropriate class of CDL without the Intrastate Only restriction.. that restriction is given to persons who are either under 21 years of age, or have identified as "Intrastate (either Exempted or Non-Exempted)" at the DMV.
Other than that, you need the appropriate permits, IFTA, etc.
