A casual dress with heels would be fine too.
For males,
Jeans and a nice sports jacket would be fine with nice tennis shoes like converse or vans. Male outfits are a little easier though.

going with some1 u fancy - then wear a cute little dress with either heels or flats but id wear heels
*bad things* nothing too fancy , nothing over the top ,really short and nothing that your not comfortable with. be yourself as well. shoe wise - nothing that u canny walk in,
going with your girlfriends - then wear stuff like jeans, top.
family - well just something nice like jeans and top
all with accessories (jewellery)

going with crush - a smart shirt with jeans, smartish shoes, spike your hair up if ya have short hair.
friends jeans, top and wat ever shoes ya like
