Mixing lyrics to songs into it never hurts, songs like Yours To Hold by Skillet or Your Call by Secondhand Serenade or something, or a cute song you might like.
Maybe a cute picture or a joke hinting something? Maybe two little animals dangling off a tree branch or on a swing and the caption as 'wanna hang out sometime?'. Keep it sweet, keep it simple, no pi.
Remember the compliments? How fuzzy it makes you feel? Add a little compliment about his eyes, or his hair, or his talents. A friend of mine used to hand out slips of paper with compliments on it, and he's gotten far in his life, and very well, may I add. Flattery gets you everywhere!
