ive been trying to find out for a while now, and all i can find is several people claiming that the SLC stands for Salt Lake City, which is a manufacturer's mark, so it's like when you see a ring that says "Italy 14k", only its from salt lake city
14K means the ring is supposed to be 14k Gold. That is 58.5% gold and 41.5% other metals. If the stamp is Bellcrest, it is the hallmark of the manufacturer.
I have a 14k gold gold pocket watch case that has the same hallmark on it as well. I still haven't found out who the maker is.

If there is a heart stamped in to a 14K gold bracelet it is most likely the bracelet makers stamp. Many jewelers use custom stamps so people know who the manufacturer is.
