It limits your daily movements,(because the two vertebres that "meet" each other have little texute between them) for example it brings a wrong position because you istinctively try to keep the lombar side of your back extended and as a consequence i have also the cervical part of the spine curve because it !compenses" the curve of the lombar part. Usually it's really painful, in my case it comes back when i study a lot or walk (run and so on) a lot, and i discovered it because of the strong pain in my back. I hope I have been clear and useful!
