Brown Vs Board of Education has absolutely nothing to do with voting. It made it illegal to keep students out of a particular school on the basis of race.

However, it opened the flood gates. It was only the first in many actions and decisions that followed. Groups organized to try to integrate schools. Then those same groups tried to get black people to vote. The movement culminated in civil rights legislation.
