JFK serves different airlines than LGA. JFK also is bigger, and there are more flights coming in per hour than LGA, as far as that goes, it is nicer.

I'm not from the USA, but I tried to Google it. I don't know, but it says La Guardia Airport LaGuardia Airport is probably your best bet. JFK Airport is an alternate route if traffic is bad.
