Well, I'm about 39 weeks and a few days now, and I am carrying a breech baby. I can say my belly is rather lumpy. You can definitely see his little head poking out. I can tell where his head is by moving it back and forth between my hands. Basically if it bounces back and forth, it is definitely the head. When he was head down, before he turned to breech, my belly looked very very round. Now that he is breech, my belly looks kind of like a giant peach. Its got one larger bump on the side his head rests, and a smaller one where his back and butt are. Hope this helps!
