What does a high t statistic mean?
Assuming you mean the t-statistic from least squares regression, the t-statistic is the regression coefficient (of a given independent variable) divided by its standard error. The standard error is essentially one estimated standard deviation of the data set for the relevant variable. To have a very large t-statistic implies that the coefficient was able to be estimated with a fair amount of accuracy. If the t-stat is more than 2 (the coefficient is at least twice as large as the standard error), you would generally conclude that the variable in question has a significant impact on the dependent variable. High t-statistics (over 2) mean the variable is significant. What if it's REALLY high? Then something is wrong. The data points might be serially correlated. 80% get married ^o^ Nowhere near 80% got married, unless you're talking about like the 1950s. Nowadays I think it's more around 2-5%
several different sources say that the percentage of high school relationships going into marriage is from 8% to 11% and 5% don't get divorced. yeah so 5% of high school… relationships actually work out. but depending on how close and passionate you are with you're potential significant other can alter that. i also saw that if your best friend in high school is of the opposite sex and you get married to them that the chance of staying together goes up to about 38% and if you have a christian based religion, it goes to 42% and of them (with Christian based marriages) only 3% are divorced.
primary data is a data that has been observed or collected first hand
The collection and analysis of large quantities of information in the form of numbers.
No. Descriptive statistics are those that characterise samples without attempting to draw conclusions. The purpose of them is to help investigators to form an un…derstanding of what the data might be capable of telling them. Descriptive statistics include graphs as well as measures of location, scale, correlation, and so on. Parametric statistics are those that are based on probabilistic models (ie, mathematical models involving probability) that involve parameters. For instance, an investigator might assume that her results have come from a population that is normally distributed with a certain mean and standard deviation; this would be a parametric model. She could estimate this pair of parameters, the mean and standard deviation, using parametric statistics, or test hypotheses about them, again using parametric statistics. In either case the parametric statistics she uses would be based on the parametric mathematical model she has chosen for her data.
A high z-score (or t-score, depending on what info you've been given for the data) means that a number is very far away from the mean (average) number. This number might be an… outlier.

The word "Statistics" which comes from latin word status, meaning a political state, originally meant information useful to the state, for example, information about the sizes of… populations and armed forces. But this word has now acquired different meanings. In the firstly place, the word statistics refers to "numerical facts systematically arranged". In this sense, the word statistics is always used in the plural. We have, for instance, statistics of prices, statistics of road, accidents, statistics of crimes, statistics of births, statistics of educational institutions, etc. In all these examples, the word statistics denotes a set of numerical data in the respected fields. This is the meaning the man in the street gives to the word statistics and the most people usually use the word data instead In the second places, the word statistics is defined as a descipline that includes procedures and techniques used to collect, process and analyse numerical data to make inferences and to reach decisions in the face of uncertainty. In this sense, the word statistics is used in the singular. As it embodies more or less all stages of the general process of learning, sometimes called scientific method, statistics is characterized as a science. Thus the word statistics used in the plural refers to a set of numerical information and in the singular, denotes the science of basing decision on numerical data.It should be noted that statistics as a subject is mathematical in character. Thirdly, the word statistics are numerical quantities calculated from sample observations; a single quantity has been a calculated is called a statistic. The mean of a sample for instance is a statistic. The word statistics is plural when used in this sense It's depending upon you that how much you want to write answer By: Gulzar Hussain From. Dadu sind
In statistics, n is usually used to mean the number of observations or measurements which you have. So n = 7 means you have 7 observations or meadurements.

A high F statistic would results in a lower Sig, or P value, which would indicate that your results are significant.
A high T cell count could mean one of many things. There is no single conclusion that can be drawn from a high T cell count unless a complete blood test is done and the …T cell count is looked at along with other data. However, generally speaking, a high T cell count correlates with an infection of some kind
descriptive statistics-quantitavely describe the main features of a collection of data. Descriptive statistics are distinguished from inferential.Statistics(or inductive stati…stics),in that descriptive statistics aim to summarize a data set, rather than use the data to learn about the population that the data are thought to represent.
