Audio out is a shortened form of "Audio Output". In computer terms, it is where sound in your computer is sent out of your computer. For example, the headphone jack on your laptop or computer is an audio output. It lets your computer "output" sound into an external device like a speaker or your headphones.
It means that you can add speakers to your TV. The sound will be coming OUT of your speakers but for audio in any device that makes sound will also be heard through your TV.
Connect the AUDIO OUT from the back of the TV to the AUDIO IN of the BOSE unit.
audio description
Depends on what you mean by audio, if you mean audio as in the 3 cables that connect into your tv (i.e red, yellow and white) then attach the red and the white (as they both control stereo sound) If you are on about hd cables then attach the blue and green cables into the appropriate sockets in the back of the plasma screen. If you are on about audio hi-fi or audio system then use the twin cable and plug both ends into their appropriate sockets Jackson, =D
Yes but if there are audio/video connectors use them, you will get a better picture and audio.
TV inputs for audio
If the TV has audio outputs on the back run the audio thru a better stereo system, or just adding a subwoofer to a TV will improve the overall sound dramatically.
That is exactly right. There is a jack that looks like head phones on one side and the other side splits into left and right audio plugs. On the back of your tv there should be audio plugs that are associated to the hdmi plug. Plug in your audio here. Alternately you can plug your audio dirrectly into your stereo. Or go from your stereo, into your tv or vice versa.
The AUDIO jack on the TV is a OUTPUT. The sound comes out of the TV to send the sound (audio) to the Audio Receiver Aux INPUT jack.
Look for a connector labeled Optical out or Coaxial audio out on the back of the tv set. Your home theater system will need one of these same input connectors.
You need to connect a good higher powered amp. and speakers to the Audio Out connectors on the back TV if it has them.
It can only play sound if it has hookups for audio in the back of the player.
If there are no speaker connections on the back of the TV, then you need to buy a sound system. The 5.1 is popular and many programs are recorded with a Surround 5.1 audio track. This system will have its own amplifier and sometimes speakers. Something with about 100 watts per channel would be good. Then connect AUDIO OUT from the TV to AUDIO IN on the sound system. Go into the audio menu and set the Audio output to FIXED.
