It depends on how overexposed it is. Overexposed means the image is too dark to be of acceptable diagnostic quality because some image details may be lost (burned out). Overexposed can mean it is a bit too dark, or it can mean the entire image is completely black.

∙ 12y agoDoctors study for a number of years to be able to interpret X-Rays. Certain Shadows may indicate the presence of a cancerous growth, but, even so, that is why there are followup tests. The interpretation of the shadows on the picture is not perfect. It is impossible to teach someone to do so in this format.
