Even though you can use your browser on the PS3 to visit the network after you are signed in on the PS3 you must still sign on to the different Playstation Network reached from your browser. So even on a PS3 you can and must sign in twice. It is not possible to sign on to 2 different PS3s and the system will log you out of the other PS3
