∙ 13y agoMaybe because it was his first kiss or first girlfriend that he really loves. Also he may not know if you are ready to kiss him.It just depends. If you lean closer to him and he leans back, it sort of seems that he is not that into you. He just might not feel comfortable kissing you in public. If you go to his house and you want to kiss him, then give it a try because he may feel more comfortable in a place that he is used to.
