Sperm builds up in your body. If it's white and thick it probably means that it's been building up for a day or two. If you ejaculate every day, or more than once a day, it will be thinner and more liquid.
Typically if it isn't associated with pain it can either be from dehydration or from not ejaculating frequently which would raise the sperm count making it thicker.
If this is accompanied by pain or discomfort I would recommend seeing a urologist or maybe stopping in at Planned Parenthood.

It is probably dehydration because I sometimes have that and it is not sperm count because I have a vasectomy four years ago.

If you are young and going through puberty, it is just part of developing. When you just start ejaculating, it will be thin and watery. As you get older, it will thicken and get white. Through your life, it can vary from thin to very thick with little chunks. Age, general health, diet, drug use both prescribed and street, alcohol, anything you eat or drink can have an affect on it. Stress, exercise, temperature. Lot's of things can cause it to change.

Semen can be almost clear and watery or white and very thick. It is almost certainly normal regardless of how it appears. Age, general health, diet, any medication or drug can have an affect. The temperature, stress, anything you are exposed to can affect your body and therefore your semen. Nothing to worry about.
By white urine you mean clear urine or white because clear urine is just urine but white urine is semen and if you had a "tickling" sensation before it happened then its semen.

You mean 'Semen', not sperm. Sperm are invisible and semen is the liquid that carries sperm cells out of the man's body. Yes, clear semen is normal. So is white, cloudy semen.
Killer
No, on the contrary, if his semen is thick it means he hasn't even masturbated for a couple of days. So he hasn't been cheating. He hasn't been doing anything. ---- Additionally, if his semen is thinner, that doesn't necessarily mean he's been cheating, he could have just masturbated, or even had a wet dream. There is no definitive way to know if someone is cheating. But as the above poster said, thick ejaculate indicates a lack of sexual activity.
It is considered normal for semen to be anywhere from a very pale yellow to white. If it is a darker yellow, then it could be an indication of infection. If your semen is very yellow, or if it has changed color or consistency recently then you should see your doctor to get evaluated for a possible infection.
Semen is a fluid produced by males during orgasm which contains the sperm - if you have semen in your vagina it's because you've had sex - maybe you mean discharge, which can be thick leading up to menstruation or if you have a vaginal infection. Irregular periods can happen for a lot of reasons, without more information we can't really answer as to why your cycles may be irregular, you'd have to talk to your doctor to determine the cause of your irregular periods.
It could mean that there is a low quantity of sperm cells in the semen. Or it could mean that the semen was exposed to air, as semen gets thinner within a few minutes.
No, it doesn't. Your body produces millions of sperm every day, but only one is necessary to fertilise the egg. But there's no way you can tell if you are fertile or infertile by the color or thickness of your semen. Thick semen probably means that it's been a day or two since you last ejaculated. Thin sperm usually means that it's been an hour or two since you last ejaculated.
