Well this is arguable, and i guarentee someone would pull me up if i only gave half of the story, so here goes.
Smoking Cannabis can help terminally ill patients of all ailments, as it relieves pain, nausea, stops vomitting etc.
The problem with smoking it, is that if you mix it with tobacco you're basically cancelling out alot of the good effects it can have.
That said, I have heard that hemp oil is infinately more beneficial, and I have also heard that a guy cured himself from cancer by making his own hemp oil.
As for a "literal" answer as to what it does, it prohibits growth of all cancerous cells "selectively, actually - as in.. it doesn't effect your health cells, just the cancer ones."
Unfortunately i can't find the before and after screenshot of when they put hemp oil on cancer cells, but I'm sure a 5 minutes browse of Google would show it up for you.
Marijuana
No, because medicinal marijuana is prescribed only for cases of terminal pain (i.e. with cancer). Marijuana doesn't alleviate any symptoms of Bipolar disorder or Schizophrenia.
No! You FOOL! Marijuana cures cancer!
No. If marijuana caused cancer they wouldn't give it to cancer patients to save their lives. Marijuana cures cancer.
Marijuana contains no known cancer causing agents.
There is a debate as to the use of marijuana in cancer patients. The use would be to make them comfortable. It will not change the outcome.
no
Medical marijuana is not a treatment for breast cancer. Medical marijuana is sometimes used to help with symptoms of breast cancer treatments, but it doesn't cure the disease.
terminal
Statistical analysis suggests that marijuana, unlike tobacco, does not cause cancer. However, inhaling smoke is still not healthy for you, and it can still cause emphysema even if it does not cause cancer.
Depends on the context. Computer Terminal = workstation Wiring Terminal = Post Bus Terminal = Depot Terminal Cancer = Untreatable.
not at all! cigerettes cause lung cancer and marijuana does not
