'Bein' is presumably 'Bien', and the second 'n' in 'enseno' and in 'espanol' shoulkd have a tilde, ~, over them; most importantly 'enseno' should have an accent over the 'o'. Yielding the meaning:

'Well/fine/good, who taught you Spanish?'
