nobody knows who slade is but i have a idea it is tony zucco that would explain why he's always after robin because he was the first criminal robin ever caught and has always had it in for him like when he killed robins parents so any way i think its tony zucco but we can't be sure

the first answer is not correct at all. Slade is Slade Wilson, aka deathstroke. He is known as Slade in Teen Titans, because of the word death in deathstroke was believed to scare off the targeted audience(pretty stupid if you ask me). His disguise in the episode 'forces of nature' is very similar to his real face. If you'd like to see his face, i believe there is an answer to the same question on Yahoo answers. He is physically powered, because of military experiments that he went through. As you can tell, he is an expert in combat. His eye was destroyed by his wife, who shot him for endangering their children(which is why his mask has no right eye hole). He is very notorious in the comic book serious.

Slade is the arch-villain of the Teen Titans. He is a hired assassin also known as Deathstroke the Terminator. At the beginning of the series, he had no super-powers, but was a highly skilled warrior, similar to Robin. During the series, his encounter with Trigon the Terrible gave him additional powers.

Slade is often thought to be death stroke or slade wilson. During a fight with robin half his mask came off though Slade ran away before anyone could see his face.The only other time it came off was when he was going to reclaim his soul.A skeleton face was underneath it because his body had been destroyed from lava.
