Does it really matter just have fun and don't obsess about your weight because you are a slim beautiful woman so just enjoy the food you eat wheather its fattening or not. Life is too short to waste not eating what you really want to just be sensible. And by the way sushi isn't fattening.

The response above is just why people don't like to use places like this so the answer you are looking for is this. Sushi or sashimi is low in fat and calories. It is high in omega 3 fatty acids and a great source of protein. The rice is moderate to high in calories but you can avoid the rice by eating sashimi. The sauces and avocado or other things that come on a sushi roll are the items that make the meal fattening. So again I repeat no sushi is not fattening.

People who are normally healthy can benefit in many ways by eating sushi. Sushi is low in saturated fat and high in protein. It also has a high content of fish oil, which is its main health factor in promoting a healthy cardiovascular system. Sushi lovers also reap the benefits of the powerful antioxidant Vitamin E, large amounts of minerals from the ocean, and there are claims that sushi is good for your skin. People who are diabetic or have high blood pressure should not eat sushi.

Not necessarily. Sushi is pretty low-calorie. The only way it would make you gain weight (and this applies to any food, really) is if you ate it after you already ate the calories needed to maintain your current weight.
