What does telco-agnostic mean?

This is a nonreligious use of the word 'agnostic'. It means, essentially, that a service is independent of any individual mobile network, and will (or should) work with any of them. Oddly, telco catholic may be a better term, since catholic (lower case c) means universal.

For example, when an ATM switch is bank agnostic, any user from any bank can connect using the switch.
