First, do you mean sober= not drunk, or sober= sensible, serious?
Just to start you off on both:
'Let us behave decently, as people who live in the light of day. No wild parties, drunkenness, sexual immorality, promiscuity, rivalry, or jealousy! Instead, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not obey your flesh and its desires.'[Romans 13:13-14]
But as for you, teach what is consistent with healthy doctrine. Older men are to be sober, serious, sensible, and sound in faithfulness, love, and endurance. [Titus 2:1-2]
Note that I would strongly recommend reading around these passages (and any others) to get the context. Picking an odd verse at random to prove a point is somewhere between unhelpful and dangerous.
(Isaiah 28:1-4) 28 Woe to the showy crown of the drunkards of Eʹphra·im And the fading blossom of its glorious beauty, Which is on the head of the fertile valley of those overcome with wine! 2 Look! Jehovah has someone strong and mighty. Like a thundering hailstorm, a destructive windstorm, Like a thunderstorm of powerful floodwaters, He will forcefully hurl it down to the earth. 3 The showy crowns of the drunkards of Eʹphra·im Will be trampled underfoot. 4 And the fading flower of its glorious beauty, Which is on the head of the fertile valley, Will become like the early fig before summer. When someone sees it, he swallows it as soon as it is in his hand.
(Nahum 1:10) 10 For they are interwoven like thorns, And they are like those drunk with beer; But they will be consumed like dry stubble.
(Ephesians 5:18) 18 Also, do not get drunk with wine, in which there is debauchery, but keep getting filled with spirit.
(1 Corinthians 6:9-11) 9 Or do you not know that unrighteous people will not inherit God's Kingdom? Do not be misled. Those who are sexually immoral, idolaters, adulterers, men who submit to homosexual acts, men who practice homosexuality, 10 thieves, greedy people, drunkards, revilers, and extortioners will not inherit God's Kingdom. 11 And yet that is what some of you were. But you have been washed clean; you have been sanctified; you have been declared righteous in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and with the spirit of our God.
It is not in the Bible.

The Bible says not to worry. Anything you need can be helped with prayer and talking to God. God will provide the things one needs to live if one has the faith.
No, it does not. In fact the Bible refers to several instances where wine is used. (Some choose to believe this is merely "grape juice," neglecting the fact that, without refrigeration, the only way in those days to preserve grape juice was fermentation.)
