{To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; He creates what he wills. He gives to whom He wills female [children], and He gives to whom He wills males. (49) Or He makes them [both] males and females, and He (Allah) renders whom He wills barren. Indeed, He is Knowing and Competent. (50)}

The Quran says do not marry non-believing woman who associate partners with God then it goes on to say that that applies to all non-believing women except for the people of the book (Jews and Christians).
