There are several thoughts for the number '8' especially in biblical numerology. One is that the number '7' represents 'perfection' while the number '1' represents 'unity.' Therefore adding 7+1=8 so the number 8 becomes 'perfect unity' which some believe is God's ultimate goal for mankind becoming sons and daughters in the God Family: Jesus in the Father and we in Jesus - 1 God Family.
