It stands for the month of the year it was manufactured.
A for January b for Feb and so on
its the year it was made
The K indicates the month of issue. K means your Zippo was made in November. 'A' for Jan, B for Feb etc. But a 1935 lighter should not have the letters indicating the month. Zippo didn't start using the letter system until 1986. Sorry but the lighter can't be a genuine 1935 if it has a letter and number on the bottom.
The letter on the left indicates the month it was made (for instance A=January and B=February). The roman numeral or number on the right indicates the year it was made.
The letters refer to the month of the year that the lighter was manufactured. A= January, etc.
Made in 2007. Along with a letter; A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L. Each letter represents a different month; A = January, L = December. Hope this helps.
After you pull your Zippo apart you can remove the padding from the bottom by using your fingers or tweezers.
Believe it or not different zippos have different measurements. You would need to post the model or year of the zippo which can be found on the bottom of the zippo.
if it is in fact a true zippo it should have the zippo logo stamped in metal on the bottom
yes they are. infact this year is their 75th year of manufacturing of zippo lighters.
November

ZAMPO, zippo
I usually refill mine about twice a week. This also depends on how big the Zippo is and how often it's used.
