∙ 10y agoHemorrhoids are not necessarily visible on the outside. However they can be painful esp. while defecating and can cause traces of blood to appear in the process. However the internet is not a good source for medical information. If you experience pain and/or show signs of blood in the stool, you should contact a doctor or other medically trained person to get more precise and reliable information and if deemed necessary an examination, too.
