Video, red and white are stereo
By hooking the Wii's Red,Yellow, and White cords to the plug ins that are Red,Yellow, and White by matching them in the Magnavox TV i believe and if the Magnavox TV doesn't have the Red,Yellow, and White plug ins find or get to an other TV or buy another one if you don't have more than one.
You dont need to. The red one is an extra audio plug. Just plug in the yellow and white, and if it doesn;t work, try using red and white, or red and yellow. Most of the time it will work with just white and yellow, and if not you just have to mix them up and try all different combinations until it works.
You have to connect the wire that has 3 separate wires at the end into your television according to the color. Plug the red wire into the red slot, yellow in the yellow and white in the white. You will then have to take the other end of the wire and plug it into the back of your playstation. Also, make sure to plug your playstation into the electrical outlet.
Plug the red yellow and green plugs into the corrosponding color plug in your tv in "inputs". It may be in the back. Yellow is the video plug, red is the audio plug, and white is the mono plug. Plug the end of that into the Wii console. Finally, you mount the sensor bar on the top or below your tv. It has adheasive to make it stick. Center it in the middle of your tv. Plug it in and insert the Wii Sports disk. Change to the correct inputs for video games, I think Composite. That's all there is to it. Turn it on. A Wii scren should appear. Next you have to sync the remotes. The one that came with the game is done for you. With additional remotes you have to open the battery compartment on the remote and open the compartment on the Wii console. You have to press the red sync button at the same time on both items. Turn the remote on. The second remote should now work. Have fun with you Wii.
You can plug it into any television, as long as you have the standard a/v cables (red, white and yellow).
check the connection between your tv and xbox. the yellow plug is the image plug. the switch on the splitter might be set to hd as well. if this is the case, set it to tv, and make sure the yellow plug is in, and on the same input/component as the red/white cables. (red/white are for audio, yellow is for video. blue/green/red are for hd video, but some tv's arent made for it) hope this helps! ;)
The yellow, red and white Wii cables are the AV cables that send audio and video signals to the TV. On most TVs, these cables are to be plugged into matching red, white and yellow female connectors on the back, side or front of the TV.Then you engage an AV mode on the TV, or select the appropriate AV setting in the source or input menu. If there's more than one AV input, the connectors will be labelled with the name of the setting you should use.Note: On older TVs with only a yellow and white connector, you can either leave the red plug unconnected, or plug the red plug into the white connector and leave the white plug unconnected. Some of the audio will be missing, though.
plug in the yellow and red cords to the side of it then connect the other end to the tv.
If your old TV has standard Audio Video input (3 connector Red, White, Yellow) you can connect XBOX 360 to it. If it is a very old TV with just an RF (coaxial) cable input then you need to buy an RF modulator to connect this system or any other DVD player to the TV. - Neeraj Sharma
you need at least the yellow and white keys to play (sometime comes with a red key)
Xbox can be adapted with a HDMI cable to play on HD tv but otherwise you can just plug it in with the yellow white and red cable to a normal tv
You will need the 3 yellow red & white cables to connect into the same colored holes in the front of the TV. If the TV doesn't have those holes, you'll need a video adapter. To use that, plug the small end into the PS2, unplug the video feed on the TV, and then plug the other end of the cable into the video input plug. If you don't want to have to keep unplugging & replugging it, plug the TV video feed into the input socket on the side of the adapter, so you can turn off the PS2 & it'll go back to regular TV.
